Purpose:
Product photography for the new Flir Systems, Inc. Data-sheet. The resolution needs to be 11" x 17" at 300dpi for the close-ups and 4K for the vessel.
Challenge:
Flir didn't have a product to shoot. The only option was to use engineering Solidworks files for the SF240. I then imported it into Cinema 4D, referenced the Color Material Finish (CMF) for the product, and modeled a detailed vessel mast. Next was to output close-up angles and 3 wide angles of stock photography of a vessel. It was rendered using Redshift and color graded in Photoshop.
